The idea of El Greco started by Filipos Simeonidis who first introduce Greek Cuisine in Tri City in the year of 2000. He wanted to bring Mediterranean flavour to the Baltic coast. That mean fresh ingredients plus new way to dine outside from home. In order to do that he searched to find a chef so he comlete the gredient of a successful recipe of food service and atmosphere.
The name of the chef is Nikos Brachos. He is coming from a family that has history of a chefs. He worked in a 5 * hotels in Creta, Cyprus. The last years before he comes to Poland he was opening and creating menus for Greek Mediterranean restaurants in New York city, his idea of food and bevarage industry is to create healthy, tasty & simple food. To understand his not anymore secret ingredient is extra virgin olive oil, that we shipped direct from Greece, well fresh whole fish, calamari and herbs from through out Mediterranean countries. He is also awarded for excellency from ZAGAT an international organization that review chefs and restaurants. |
